We’ll follow up within 24 hours to discuss your story, and you can confirm at that time whether you’d like to add one or leave the space open for an extra 5x7 picture.

If you choose to include a personalized story, we’ll contact you within 24 hours of your order to begin writing it.

Once completed, the story will be professionally printed and shipped separately.

The entire process for the frame and story together typically takes 2–3 weeks.
